Participants in the Triple 7K will receive:

• Men's or Women's cut hoodies - see the gear
• Stained glass finisher's medal - photo
• Running course along the Mississippi River (click course map - pictured to the right- to download or view in a larger format)
• 3 1/2 hour time limit (must complete a 16-minute-mile to complete in allotted time)
• Close parking
• USATF-certified and chip-timed race
• Music on the course!
• Strollers are not allowed on the course
